Corsair, a leading global maker of high-performance gear for gamers, streamers, content creators, PC builders and sim racing enthusiasts, today announced it has acquired the assets of Trak Racer, a global designer and manufacturer of sim racing and flight simulation cockpits, seats, monitor stands, motion systems and accessories. Trak Racer joins Corsair's portfolio of brands as a complement to Fanatec, the leading name in sim racing hardware.

Sim racing is one of the fastest-growing categories in gaming, and Trak Racer significantly expands the range Corsair can now offer. Fanatec is centered on the electronics that make a simulator feel real, including wheelbases, steering wheels, pedals and shifters.
